A 30-minute plate program focusing on balance, brain, and bone health to live a happy and healthy lifestyle well into your future.

A circuit style 30-minute workout training, dumbbells, plate, and floor work in an intense blend of strength, cardio, and functional training appealing to the athlete and fitness junkie.

ZEN

A recovery based 30-minute Power Plate workout that incorporates yoga, barre, pilates, and massage to renew and rejuvenate the body and mind.
