Communicating personal data outside of the EU
We treat the processed personal data as confidential and will communicate them to other persons or companies (i.e. recipients) only in the extent necessary for the provision of the service.
As a rule, we process customer data within the European Union/European Economic Area. may communicate or process personal data outside of the borders of the European Union/European Economic Area, should there be legal grounds, e.g. performing an obligation or customer’s consent, and if relevant protective measures are implemented: there is a contract that includes the standard conditions, approved codes of conduct, certifications etc. compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation; the country of location of the recipient has a sufficient level of data protection as ruled by the European Commission; the recipient has been certified under the Privacy Shield data protection framework.

Data security
We make an effort to protect your data from unauthorised access or unauthorised modification, disclosure or corruption.
In order to ensure the security of the data, we do the following:

We maintain personal data mainly in a digital form, rather than on paper, to ensure more secure access control.

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

Pursuant to the applied data protection legislation, you have the right to:

Apply for the erasure of your personal data.

The application has to enable to identify you unambiguously. You shall have the right to withdraw your consent at all times. Withdrawing you consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place under the consent before its withdrawal. Please take into consideration that you can demand the erasure, restriction of processing of your personal data etc. only if it is in compliance with legal grounds and data protection legislation.
Should you apply for restricting or stopping the processing of your personal data or the erasure of your personal data, it may either partially or fully suspend the services provided to you by us.
In case of complaints, you shall be entitled to submit the complaint to the competent data protection authority. We cooperate with the corresponding regulative authorities, including local data protection authorities, to settle complaints related to the communication of personal data.

For how long to we store your personal data?
Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the provision of the services you desire. If your personal data has not been used for 7 consecutive years, we will erase your personal data or make it anonymous, unless obligatory storage requirements are applied.
We may have a requirement arising from applicable laws to store some of your personal data for 10 years after the end of the use of the service we provide to you, if your personal data is necessary for compliance to other applicable laws or if we need your personal data to protect, create and execute legal requirements only on a need to know basis.
Depersonalised collected data shall be preserved without a term.
